Bob, Sometimes there are emails that go astray. I wouldn't assume the person gets every email I send. So don't judge too harshly until you know. They might not have heard. Most of the people on this list are quite friendly, and anyone I've helped is always grateful. Not so certain curmudgeons seeming to always wanting to grouse about something, but that's no skin off my nose. You always have been gracious.
