There is some controversy about whether these are the same or not, but certainly E200 is an amazing film and the only slide film over 100 with which I have been completely happy. Of course, when I was attempting pictures of Halley's comet in 86, I used Agfa 1000 pushed one stop, but that was a rather special situation. For general picture taking, I have not found any film faster than 200 that gives satisfactory results. All the 400 slide films I have tried were grainy, had washed-out colour (and this was before I got accustomed to Velvia) and were generally unattractive.
