FWIW, I like the latest El-Nikkors. I use them for all formats and have a 50/2.8, 105/5.6 and 135/5.6, all less than 3 years old. (I even prefer the 50 and 105 to my 80/4 APO Rodagon.) Excellent performance. Reasonably priced. I use a Focotar 50, but only on my Focomat 1c. When I print 35 on my Saunders I use an El-Nikkor. Dave
