If I've understood Kodak correctly, the times need to be extended even
when using one-shot diluted XTOL. It is the amount of undiluted, fresh
XTOL per film that determines if the times should be extended. If
memory serves me, 1-5 rolls uses the times stated, 6-10 rolls should
extend the time by 15% and 11-15 rolls should extend them by 30%.

My reading of Kodak's Technical Data that I downloaded from their website (it
has lots of info) says that for diluted Xtol you need a minimum of 100ml of
undiluted developer per roll of film. It doesn't say anything about extending
time for more rolls. My largest tank holds 4 rolls so it's not much of an
issue anyway. The extended times you refer to apply to full strength Xtol.
Hope this helps.
