Jim, I had Reinhod do mine on the 50/2 and i did my own installation on one of
my 50/2,8's. It is quite easy, todays new super expoxys will hold just about
anything to anything else. I remember putting a 50 Summilux-M in a vise and
drilling and tapping a fitting on it. This allowed me to raid an old stereo
recciever for a knurled screw and to use that for a focussing lever. Not the
"Leica-look" but it worked and thats the most important part of it.
