Andrew,

The only one that I know is the former 35mm f1,4 Summilux Aspherical,
with both the focusing lever and a focusing ring.

But it was made at only 2000 ex (confirmed by the Leica staff
at the latest Photokina) and is more expensive second hand than the 
35/1,4 ASPH. new.

BTW, why do you want that configuration ?
