The Leica SLR that seems closest to an M body in speed is the original Leicaflex, The SL version also seems fast but a little slower than the Standard. My favorite 35mm reflex combination is the Leicaflex Standard with the 35mm Elmarit. The combination has a very bright, easy to focus screen(in the center) with M-like speed. These comments are based on my impressions, not actual measurements. Maybe someone else has "factual" comments. Bob
