Hi Bill,

Well not yet, but I'll not give up hope until I'm flying home without 
it. So with a week to go it might yet turn up. Sure lots of people 
keeping an eye for it.

Thanks to you for your kind words and to the many others who have wished 
me well in its safe return.  As you pointed out, our Leicas' are our 
friends and to lose one as quickly as mine really makes for some heavy 
breathing and near tears.

Particularly, that of all the multi thousands of dollars of Leica 
equipment I own, the over sight of not including the R8 in the insurance 
policy really nmakes me cry!! So this is a double whammy loss! :(
