This is the silver chrome version of which Leitz made approx. 200. This lens has a parallel focussing mount. It is identical to the more common black version. BTW, the story goes that the reason why the finish was changed from silver chrome to black anodized was that the chrome finish reflected light off the lens barrel into the Leicaflex's external meter, throwing off the meter reading. Changing the finish to black solved the problem. Just goes to show, even Leitz makes an occasional mistake. Bill Rosauer
