I've taken time this morning (delayed the shoot time) to look at a bunch of messages on this subject and I'm still convinced it is a subject of flogging a dead horse of history that is changed as new historians come along and twist it to fit the morals of the day. Someone mentioned "hindsight cures all" and that's quite true and no matter what is put on the screen is going to change the true history. There will always be those who can twist it to fit their personal beliefs, but that doesn't change true facts of life. It seems there have been posts equating Waco and some other "police killing situations " in the US to the ways of the Holocost, so you can see how this subject has gone so wide that it has gone completely off track. Maybe the next thing will be the Gulf war and Iraqui's demanding reparations from the USA for killing their families! I'm sorry but I truly believe this should come to an end and lets get on with what we are taking pictures of today and hopefully tomorrow, as nothing said in here is going to change how I feel about taking pictures with my Leicas. I said before, "yesterday is yesterday", and you can beat yourself to death agonizing over it, blaming others etc and the list can go on! Bott6om line! We in this Leica camera group are not going to change history, so please stop beating on each other and get the family back on track about Leicas! Me, I'm back into 40 degree heat and humidity, the past is the past and I want to record the events of today before it becomes the past! Have a nice day folks!
