I do not use flash on my M6 too and, IMO, available light photography is
one of the greatest attributes of the Leica M cameras.  The TTL flash
feature will certainly increase the pool of potential buyers and win a few
who are, until now, fence sitters.  It is a "smart" but long awaited move
by Solms.  

The short lived HM?  Like all market forces of supply and demand, the fewer
of them around the higher the collectible value.
