Nathan,

I can get two M's with lenses and 4 additional lenses plus meter and 12 rolls
of film and a small flash into the Alice bag. Everything fits quite nicely
and it is not over stuffed.
I put the M cameras on the ends of the bag with a compartment for the 4 lenses
in the middle. I then divide this middle compartment in two with the third
divider. Use two Leica back to back couplers to pair the four lenses.
In the front pocket of the bag, I carry two Peca film holders, each of which
carry 6 rolls of film. The pocket also holds a Sekonic 308 meter and a small
flash. When I see you at Photokina, I'll show you how this works.
I also have a small VF Reporter leather bag (Must?) that I sometimes carry
when the Alice seems too big. I can carry an M with lens in one compartment
and two other lenses back to back in the other compartment. Some film and the
meter also. Both these setups are great for travel with an M camera.
