I have a 90/4 Elmar lens (635xxx) that I would like to clean up.
There are black speckles (paint?) on the glass, somewhere on the
inside, and some of the speckles are loose.

Can I clean this up myself, or would I likely be getting myself into a
project I wish I hadn't?
