Scratches do not hurt anything - you can add your own ! (;-)
UNless you are extremely lucky you will not find a truly "clean" looking M
camera that has been used over the last 20 or 30 years, but you will find a
good working one.
If you want a "like new" camera you will pay close to the price of a new M
camera.
