The reason this happened is the contractor who was about to put it into production went bankrupt and closed just as they were to get on with it. So Leica was forced to shop around for a new manufacturer. And they had to fit into their schedule. It's one of the prices we pay for buying from a small company. Leica is as upset about this as we are, I'm sure. - -- Eric Welch St. Joseph, MO http://www.ponyexpress.net/~ewelch "...what a privilege it is to be a photographer, to stand mid-stream in life and feel it swirl around you, as real as the prairie wind." --Jim Richardson
