If you are referring to the lag phase on the Sekonic display (I have the L-328) as it reads out the battery status, then I can understand why the Gossen is faster. My Gossen Sixtomat-digital shows nothing on the LCD display until I press "M" and 'hey-presto', the readout is almost instanteneously displayed. Something like 2-3 seconds faster compared to the Sekonic! I would need to switch on the Sekonic first and then press the Read button to get the exposure. Battery saving-wise, I think my Gossen wins over my Sekonic. Dan K.
