I posted many times and for the most part I received helpful information. The delete button was used more like 90% of the time, not 80%. As an example, I found the hundreds of postings on the value of the tape on the bottom of the baseplate accounted for a large percent of the deletes. Everyone has different interests and I am always reluctant to lead a conversation to processing, printing, mounting, nature photography, children photography, zone system, and so on. The Leica list is not all inclusive for me nor do I believe that it is the only source of photographic information for LUGERS. I enjoy it some of the time. I have owned many pieces of Leica equipment for many years and I am more interested in what it will do for me than the fascination of the equipment itself. Of course, I am sure that many of my postings were deleted by many other Lugers, which I am not the least bit offended by. That's why they make chocolate and vanilla and I happen to like both! The mouse and the delete button are wonderful features of computers, aren't they? Bob Bob << Hi Bob, I guess I have to ask, how many postings did you do during the six months of lurking experience? And if not, did you not have something to add or make an improvement to the conversations in relation to what you say was, 80% throw away material? Or possibly what you might have posted been in the 80% throw away? <<<<P >>
