I would think the difference is so little that you would be better deciding
over whether you want to carry the extra wight. The 2.8 is quite heavy, and
large. But it will give you faster shutter speeds in low light, a
significant consideration. Either one is awesome. And the f/4 is better in
the close-focusing area.
