I found the name of the place.  It wasn't Camera Mart, but Concourse Card and
Camera at 6606 Telegraph in Bloomfield Hills.  I was there a few months ago and
they had a glass case full of LTM, M and R stuff.  Unfortunately, I didn't have
any money at the time.
