JEEEES! What is going on here? Is it the heat, or the humidity?

First off, is this what this list is for?

Second, weather, testosterone, and intense personalization aside, isn't
what's being said here simply that some people believe it appropriate to
give a youngster top-flight equipment on which to learn, while some others
don't. Just as some people give their children BMW's to drive when they go
off to college, while others consider that gauche and give their children
GEOs - even if they can afford BMWs - while still others believe that the
youngster should earn the money for his or her first car?

Well that is your opinion.
To send a child into the streets of some cities with such BAIT round
his neck would be like tying a fat goat to a stake in tiger country.
Only a silly dillitante<SP> would even consider such a thing with his
own child.  And that is putting it mildly.
