I spent an hour at the local dealer this afternoon and was able to lay hands on a number of lenses and shoot a couple of test rolls outside. The 35-70 is indeed a nice-handling lens, but I'm disappointed that the front elemens turns when focusing. I was fortunate to have a 35mm Summicron-R on hand to compare it with, and am anxious to see the slides tomorrow. - --Jim > -----Original Message----- > From: Robert J.
