The IIIc is affordable, while the IIIg costs as much as an M6. I'm continually surprised by the differences in price between countries when it comes to Leica equipment. In Sweden, SH IIIgs sell for about the same amount as SH M4s and M4-Ps, while SH M6s are typically *twice* that price. A straight convertion to US$ puts the IIIg, M4 and M4-P somewhere in the $900-$1000 bracket, while M6s are typically $1700-$1900. Yeah, I know, you can get a *new* M6 for that in the US. Please don't remind me... M. - -- Martin V. Howard, Application Systems Laboratory, | Dept. of Comp. & Info. Sci., Linkoping University, | Just DOHH it! SE-581 83 Linkoping, Sweden.
