I admit, they are heavy, and I don't use them all the time, but I do find them handy. Besides, I feel I have to justify my purchase of an R4 MD last week before this thread get out of hand! :) P.S.- there is a bonus in working in a minilab! I get all the AA batteries from the single use cameras I care to carry away... I was amazed the first time I opened my motor drive battery case, and TEN of those puppies fell out!
