Hi!
My name is Erin, and I am sixteen years old. My father belongs to your
Leica-users group. Everyday, I download e-mail messages and see a ton
of them from you LUGS. You must be having a major impact on my dad.

The other day, my family and I went to a Christian rock concert. Our
family's favorite contemporary Christian singer died last September, and
since his death, they have put together a memorial scrapbook for him. I
saw it in one of the vendor tents. So I went and I bought it for my
dad.

He seemed really happy to have gotten it, because we've all wanted the
book for quite awhile. Then I heard my dad say to one of his friends,
"I also really wanted this book because I saw that the photographer was
using a Leica M6." Sure enough, he flipped to the back page and the
photographer had a Leica M6. Dad said he knew by the quality of the
pictures.(BTW, the pictures were excellent!)

I just thought that story was kind of funny, so I thought maybe I should
let you guys know that you are really rubbing off on my dad, and maybe
even off on me. And soon I'll have to trade my Canon Rebel G in for a
Leica M6!!

Thanks,
Erin
