Subject: [Leica] M6 Panda?

I'm looking at an M6 for sale.  It is a chrome
body, but has black wind lever, shutter dial,
and rewind control.

Is this what is called a "Panda"?  

Is there any difference in the market value,
or should I look at it as the same as any other
chrome M6.  The camera is near Mint.
