Eric,
I never made a *wildly generalistic accusation* based on two problems.  Read
my original post!  The post to Don Chatterton was just an example.

I've been a dedicated Leica user since the early 60's and wouldn't have much
interest in photography if Leica quality went to hell in a hand basket.
There seems to be enough evidence that it has.
