I am actually leaning towards the M6 HM rather than the regular version M6 for this reason even though I understand I will have difficulty seeing the 35 mm frame line. This is a theoreticaI issue for me since I don't yet own the 75 mm Summilux and have no personal experience with this focusing difference. I intend to upgrade my M3 to an M6 this year specifically because of the desire to use the 75 mm lens and to have a simpler 35mm arrangement. Do any of you have strong feelings about the focusing difference between the two versions of the M6 ? I noticed in a recent note that Ted Grant recommended the regular M6 for use with the 35 and 75 Summilux's and the 50 mm Noctilux . I can't imagine Ted puts up with difficult focusing for the sake of an easier time seeing the 35 mm frame line and this in turn makes me wonder if Leica is over emphasizing this focusing improvement.
