Subject: [Leica] Questions on the Abrahamsson's Rapidwinder

Dear LUGers,

I am left-eyed, and have been considering the Rapidwinder for some time
now, have read the many glowing testimonials, as well as the article on Hans
Pahlen's website. I still have a couple of questions and would appreciate
comments from experienced users, and of course especially from you, Tom.

How does the Rapidwinder handle in shooting (please excuse the
expression) vertically ? I usually shoot with the viewfinder in
the lower left corner, but also shoot the other vertical position
    (viewfinder at upper right corner).

When using the camera on a tripod, how would one advance the film ?
By using the Rapidwinder trigger lever, or the body crank ?

What Arca-Swiss style tripod quick release plate is best with the
Rapidwinder ? I currently use the Really Right Stuff plate on my M6,
and like it very much. I don't assume I can use it with the Rapidwinder.
Wouldn't it be convenient if Tom can manufacture a Rapidwinder with
the grooves for the Arca-Swiss QR?

    Thanks in advance,
