Nathan, the 75 1.4 is a tempting lens. You should know that this lens was
manufactured in Canada until recently. They moved production to Germany and
redesigned the housing and made it lighter. The new German version is a few
hundred dollars less than the Canadian version. I purchased one from CWO for
$2,132 (after rebate and including shipping). Unfortunately I had to send it
back because it would not focus correctly. There was another post by someone
else about a defective-focusing German version of the lens.
