Dave,

I've found the Alice bag to work really well with 2 M6's and 5 lenses. The
35/1.4 ASPH fits fine in the bag on either an M6 or M5. I arranged the main
compartment with an M body on both ends. In the center, I set up a
compartment for lenses. I used one of the small dividers to divide this lens
compartment in half. Using the back to back coupler, I put the 50/2 and
90/2.8 in one half and the 24/2.8 ASPH in the other half. Any number of lens
combinations would also work.

I've used the Hadley. Also a good choice but a little too deep for M's. I
think it's better suited to R lenses, although the R8 doesn't fit too well in
it.

BTY, the name ALICE is an acronym for LEICA.

One improvment I can suggest would be a grippier grade of velcro like that
used by FOGG.

One could argue that the Alice is a loose copy of a FOGG bag.
