Most of the photographers I know believe it does result in more accurate exposures. When in fast moving shooting situations, it's comforting to know the camera is truly state of the art. On the other hand, no meter is better than another in slow-moving situations. The photographer's mind is the best "matrix" system. >Again, what is the point to a self-adjusting shutter? Speaking to the Actually, this is a great feature. Nothing like a totally accurate shutter that keeps itself there. Sure it's not that big a deal, but every bit helps. What's REALLY cool about this shutter, that makes it better than any other shutter in the world, is that it tells you when it malfunctions. So you don't nuke important film with a bad shutter. Imagine being a National Geographic photographer shooting a world championship boxing match, only to find out he has no pictures? That's a great feature every (electronic) camera should have. ========== Eric Welch St. Joseph, MO http://www.ponyexpress.net/~ewelch You'll get what's coming to you ... Unless mailed
