What you read was a result of the very old LUG members having just been through all of that, ad nauseam, to the point where nobody wanted to start it up again. So some comedy was introduced instead. There was absolutely nothing pointed directly at you and I don't believe anyone is going to expound on this subject just now. You can get the archive files from Majordomo and review all that was said.
