Leica equipment manufactured in Canada is just as desirable as those made in Wetzlar. Some 3gs, m2s, m3s and m4s are made of parts in Wetzlar and assembled in Canada. You can only know by the serial number or when the seal on the lens mount is still intact and have a C instead of L. Inferior canadian manufactured Leica equipment are generally branded to M4-2 and M4-P bodies where the quality is not as high as lengendary Leica standards. These canadian cameras performed as well as other leicas. They just don't display the same jewel like finish if you look closely. They are really bargain user. _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!? Get your free @yahoo.com address at http://mail.yahoo.com
