Please read posts on M6J...They don't make them ...
Leica equipment manufactured in Canada is just as desirable as those
made in Wetzlar.  Some 3gs, m2s, m3s and m4s are made of parts in
Wetzlar and assembled in Canada.  You can only know by the serial
number or when the seal on the lens mount is still intact and have a C
instead of L.  Inferior canadian manufactured Leica equipment are
generally branded to M4-2 and M4-P bodies where the quality is not as
high as lengendary Leica standards.  These canadian cameras performed
as well as other leicas.  They just don't display the same jewel like
finish if you look closely.  They are really bargain user.
