Gee Eric, I can recall posting something to the Nikon Digest soon after the
introduction of the F5, saying in effect that all the Bells and Whistles of
the camera had most appeal to amateurs, that professionals didn't need
them.  And it seemed that the entire list membership (I don't remember if
you were included) jumped on me as if I had made a pact with the devil.
Glad to see that you are at least partially agreeing with me.
