Forget Banana Republic. They aren't very sturdy. The Domke vest will be
plenty big for you. I use one and can carry quite a bit more.
On the other hand, maybe something less likely to shout ("I am a
photographer, check me out!") might be useful. I only use mine when I'm at
a game, or covering a parade or something. Otherwise, a fanny pack is much
better.
Domke makes a coat which is much more discreet. I'm sure there are others.
