Jesse,

Hope you'll forgive my making fun with your post.  Some things can't be
helped.  And sometimes shutters need to be replaced, just like bellows
on view cameras.  Might be worth sending it in to honest repair shop.
Maybe just an adjustment.  Maybe just age.
