I presume these are not 35 contacts! Are they large format or do you enlarge
your Leica negs? If enlarged, what procedure/film type etc do you use, and how
big do you make them?

Nick:
I scan my negatives, use Photoshop for my dark room and create digital
negatives for contact printing at what ever size I desire. In this case, the
image size was nine inches wide - a handy size for handcoating.

If you can find back issues of Photo District News at your library, you can
catch an article on my work back in the November 1996 issue (pp.115-120).

I have been pioneering a new appoach to digital image making and the article
chronicles some of my adventures.

I hope you get back to making prints yourself. There is someting very amazing
about making an image up from raw chemistry and a sheet of paper.

Best wishes,

Pete Myers
