Call Leitz in NJ about lens compatibility. The standard focusing screen on
an SL has no split image incorporated in it which makes it more difficult to
focus wide angle lenses than the screen in an SL-2 (for instance).

The cost of an SL may need to include some money for any repairs or
adjustments. This is an old camera. I had to have DAG replace the prism
and shutter in mine despite the fact that Leitz had just (supposedly)
performed a *Signature Service* on it. I've got about $550 in mine but it
works perfectly.
