Gabe,
For a period of over 10 years I used a Leicaflex SL with a Elmarit-R
1:2.8/35 one cam lens rebuilt to two cams. The lens was made in 1964,
and it was suberb, maybe the best lens I have ever own. Not only for B&W
photography, but also for color photography.

The R3 I don't know very well, but I really liked my SL. It is a heavy
body, but fits nice in the hand.

All the best,

/Stefan
