Re: loading and lost spools...if you hunt around you might find a Quickload
kit which consists of a slotted spool and a (for lack of a better
description) stabilizer-spacer that attaches over the "nipple" inside the
baseplate.  It isn't quite as nifty as the flowerpetal spool in the M2R and
M4/later but it works quite well.
