Adam,

although a little grumpy every now and then, Roger is a very fine 
and straight guy. I like him, I don't want to miss him. And, 
just between you and me, his advice and basic knowlege belong to 
the fundaments of this list. - Even millipedes don't cut one of 
their legs.
