I live in Athens, Greece, and last week I bought 3 batteries at
the corner photo finishing shop. There was no brand name on the
packaging (at least not in non-Chinese characters), but the
packaging says "Long Life Watch Cell HD1560/1.35V" and
"MR9/EPX625/V625PX/RPX625", and the batteries themselves say
"VINNIC HD1560 Mercury Cell".

Interestingly, the voltages of the three batteries are:

1.350
1.423
1.437

I have never heard of a mercury battery being over its standard
voltage (remember that in the old days, mercury batteries were
used as a laboratory voltage reference standard).

I also measured the voltage of a slightly used Wien Air Cell
I had lying around, and it was 1.429 volts, which is not really
that close to 1.35...
