My purest "bokeh" experience was in trying out a LTM Nikkor-S 5cm f1.5 (y=

the rare 1.5, not 1.4), that had come with some other equipment last year.
I thought it had an unusual front element, but took a few B&W shots with =

IIIf around the neighborhood. Tuns out the front element isn't unusual at
all - just missing!=20

All you get are very soft shapes with gentle gradations of gray - the
ultimate Leica "glow" perhaps? Except it's a Nikkor. . .
