But image enhancement only goes as far as the detail in the negative will
allow (movies notwithstanding). So a sharper picture will give better
details. And the CIA knows they can push P3200 to 25,xxx and get useable
results. Besides, when was the intelligence community know for, well
intelligence. ;-)
