Marvin:

Since I've subscribed (beg. of Aug.), it needs 10 minutes at most in the
morning (7 to 9 am, GST, which agrees to -6 h US east coast time), and 4
hours between 12 a.m. and midnight (GST), no matter which provider. During
the 4 hour delay period, I receive answers about 1 or 2 hours before I see
my own message. 

Einstein would have liked to get answers before asking ;-)
