No matter whether intended by the photographer or not. And the usage of pictures is political also. No matter whether pictures show killed spanish revolutionaries to the world, the effects of kadmium and plumbum on the children of japaneese fishermens' children, or sweet little children/ women or beautiful close ups during general unemployment or increase of taxes for the low/ middle incomes. Specially the presentation of unpolitical pictures has a very deep political function, significance and meaning. And the more persons are persuaded, that pictures are unpolitical, the better those pictures (and persons) work in the intention of the responsible decision takers. - -Alf
