Subject: Quick Noctilux question

I've been looking at some slides taken with a Noctilux, all at f1.0, and I
must say I think I'm going to keep this lens; I wasn't too sure at first but
some of these slides look great, unlike any standard lens I've used-
understandably! I do notice the light fallof away from the centre though,
although I understand this is normal. On some shots it spoils it, like a
picture I took of a wall- but on many others you'd never notice it because
of the subject. My question to seasoned Noctilux users is; is the trick just
to take pictures where darker corners don't matter? (I can't think of any
other way to use this lens so I suppose this question answers itself).
