I hope you tried using the M-6 for a week or so before selling the EOS =

as they handle extremely differently.   I think you're choice of lenses =

would be a good working kit.  But if you're buying new.... you're =

already over budget. =


The 135 viewfinder is indeed small in the M-6 and the 90 viewfinder =

isn't all that great either in my opinion.   I would concentrate your M =

kit on wide angles and buy R for anything telephoto.  If you tend to =

shoot mostly wide angles buy M-first or R for mostly telephoto work.  =

If I had to choose between only M or R,  I would buy R.  But I'm using =

Canon EOS, FD and now M:  each has it's strength and weaknesses. =
