The 4/135 has sufficient DOF that focusing is not a problem even wide open.
 The 4/135 does out-perform the 2.8/135 slightly -- better contrast and
resolution -- but the differences are not striking.  The major distinction
is that the 2.8 is a much heavier and larger lens.
