The Rapid -Load Kit was  primarily designed for the M2, which has a manual
frame counter reset.  On the M3 - you have to take out the spool to reset the
counter.    The whole kit for the M2 contains a special cheaply made spool
and 
a gadget which attaches to the base plate & a decal with loading
instructions. 
The kits usually sell for between $20 & $40 and I would not recommend them.
